This notice concerns browsing the Asgar Tech website and contacting us by email. It does not describe data processed within the Remit app, which has its own Remit Privacy Policy.

2. Information processed

Browsing information. Delivering a website involves processing technical information such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser or device information. Hosting and security services may process this information to deliver pages and maintain availability and security.

Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the information contained in your message. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need suitable contact information to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

This landing page has no registration, payment or contact form. App account information and project time entries are not collected through this page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical information is used to deliver and protect the website. The intended legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to assessment of the actual hosting arrangements.

Enquiry information is used to respond to your message. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests (Article 6(1)(f)). Data may also be processed where needed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

4. Cookies and external services

The landing-page code does not set cookies or include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded third-party widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from Google Fonts or Google Play.

The hosting or access platform may use essential technologies for delivery, security or authentication. Their exact identifiers, purposes and duration need to be verified for the final public deployment. This draft does not claim that the hosting platform is cookie-free.

Google Play links open an external service. When you follow them, Google’s own privacy information applies. An email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form on this website.

If optional tracking is added, this notice and the consent controls will need to be updated before that tracking is enabled.

5. Recipients and international processing

Information may be handled by people authorised to respond to enquiries and by providers supporting website delivery, security and email. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

Aruba is the designated hosting provider for asgart.it. Provider roles, processing locations and any applicable safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area remain to be verified for the services used. Details of these arrangements can be requested at info@asgart.it.

6. Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The retention arrangements for hosting and security logs must be confirmed with the final provider.

The Remit app’s account-deletion timelines do not determine the retention of website data or email correspondence.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
